Josh has been providing insurance expertise to people in the Piedmont Triad area and beyond since 2008. In 2015, he and his wife Lauren decided to take their years of experience and transition into an independent brokerage. Josh takes pride in cultivating a network of healthy referral relationships that keep future customers’ best interests in mind. Josh enjoys the challenge of having his own agency and balancing family life. He is a proud husband and father of 5 beautiful children: Harrison, Addi, Alice, Jack, and William. Josh enjoys playing golf, exercising, coaching his son’s little league team, and spending time with family.
As one of the owners of The Andrews Insurance Agency, Lauren is involved in all aspects of the agency operations - including sales, marketing, and development. Lauren grew up in Walden, New York and started working in the insurance industry at the age of 21. With 15 years of experience under her belt, she is grateful that she and her husband Josh made the professional decision to open the doors to their own agency. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elon University. Lauren is a devoted wife and mother of 5 beautiful children. She is an avid runner and enjoys cycling and spending time at the beach.
Claudette joined the Andrews Insurance Agency team in 2017. She brings the highest degree of exceptional experience to our customers by listening to their needs and working diligently to implement a plan that meets all of their concerns. Her ability to think quickly on her feet and her great communication skills have made her an integral part in helping the agency provide the best customer service possible. She spends a lot of her free time with her three awesome children and her husband. She is an avid church-goer and has a true passion for helping others.
Brandon joined the Andrews Insurance Agency team in 2019 and has been a lifelong resident of the Greensboro area. Since becoming an associate agent, Brandon has helped foster a positive culture within the agency. He consistently brings a high level of energy and commitment. Outside of work, he takes pride in staying healthy and keeping active.
Melissa recently came on board the team at The Andrews Insurance Agency. She holds a Bachelors of Art in English and a Masters degree in Education. With 15 years of experience in education, she has exceptional communication and written language skills. Melissa’s duties range from coordinating events, facilitating company initiatives, and setting goals for the agency and its partners. In her free time she enjoys running, writing, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
Suzanne, a recent addition to The Andrews Insurance Agency, brings a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to our team. With a strong foundation in education and program development focused on family support, Suzanne is not only a dedicated mother but also a passionate advocate for community enrichment. Since earning her NC Property and Casualty license in June 2024, she has quickly adapted to the industry, enhancing her skills and providing exceptional service to our clients. Outside of the office, Suzanne enjoys ballroom dancing, attending the theater, and cherishing moments with her family.
