Thomas Boyd – Thomas is the Manager of SGA Print & Design. An Alumnus of the Masonic Home for Children, he attended Vance Granville Community College earning an Associate in Automotive Systems Technology. Earning certifications in Electrical Systems (Automotive), Steering and Suspension, Automotive Sustainability, and Engine Performance. He started out as the pressman of SGA Print & Design and worked his way from Assistant Manager to Manager. Thomas has been employed at SGA Print & Design for 11 years.

Catherine Scott – Catherine has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commercial Art with 40 years’ experience in the graphic design/print field. Catherine was VP of Visual Media for a local branding firm and has an extensive design/prepress background in the retail environment and newspaper industry including visual branding and packaging design. She has been with the School of Graphic Arts for 8 years as a graphics specialist/instructor.

Ann Short – Ann holds an Associate Degree in Information Systems. Her certifications include: MCP-Microsoft Certified Professional, MCSA-Microsoft Certified Systems Associate and MVSE-Microsoft certified Systems Engineer. She spent a short time as our campus IT Specialist. Ann is the office manager and has been employed at the SGA Print & Design for 20 years.

Nick Lambert – Nick is the newest addition to the team as a press/bindery operator. He was first hired in October of 2022, and has spent his time here learning how to operate our wide array of machines, including digital presses and our 3D printer. Nick is currently studying to complete his online degree with Southern New Hampshire University.
