The following forms are available through the School of Graphic Arts at the Masonic Home for Children.
Forms 9, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 26, 33, 35, 36, 37, 39, 44, 46, 49, 51, 54, and 61. (Form 38 is also available from the School of Graphic Arts, or the Grand Secretary’s Office, Raleigh, N.C.
All orders of forms incur a $15.00 setup fee if you want your Lodge name included on the form, plus a nominal fee for printing.

Lodge Letter Solicitation Program
This program has provided a great benefit to our Home, particularly for Lodges looking for an easy way to support our charities. Even if your Lodge does have a community fundraiser for our Home, a personal donation from every member of you Lodge is evidence of our Masonic obligation fulfilled, and demonstrates personal financial support for our Home.
The advantages of this program are great. This program captures the attention of those brethren not currently attending Lodge meetings on a regular basis, and does so by eliminating all of the cost and time necessary of the brothers of your Lodge to conduct a fundraiser, while hopefully having full participation of every member of the Lodge. It does cost our Home to produce and mail the letters to each member of your Lodge, so we are depending on the returns from your campaign to cover those costs and hopefully realize a contribution to the Home as well. It’s a win-win for your Lodge and the Home.
The program consists of the following:
A personal letter from your Lodge to every member recognized by the Grand Lodge of N.C., signed by your lodge’s designated representative (Master or Secretary)
A return card and envelope for your members to make a contribution
All postage to each member is included
By utilizing this program, all funds generated by the letter campaign must be designated to the Masonic Home for Children within the year that the funds are collected by your Lodge. If you need more information about this program, please call Chris Richardson @ 1-888-505-4327 or 919-693-5111.
